Independent insurance broker is seeking Commercial Lines Processor assist our Commercial Lines Account Mangers. This position will be responsible for providing timely and professional day-to-day client service working closely with the assigned Account Manager. Responsibilities :
- Process daily request for Certificate of Insurance
- Process daily request for Endorsement changes
- Process billing questions
- Experience with multiple carrier underwriters and online systems
- Identify, compile and manage information regarding account renewals.
Qualifications
- Min of 5 years of insurance industry experience related to servicing medium to large commercial accounts
- Working knowledge of Property and Casualty accounts such as Artisan Contractors, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Retail.
- Property and Casualty license
- AMS360 software experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Insurance and / or Brokerage business
- Technical knowledge of product area or industry
- Ability to provide consultation and expert advice to management on risk management issues.
- Knowledge of computer software packages, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
